For centuries, cultures around the world have celebrated the triumph of light over darkness through festivals of light. In the Christian tradition, Christmas symbolises the birth of a new light, bringing hope and renewal to humanity. Yet, for many, December can be a hectic month filled with endless tasks and mounting expenses, making it easy to lose sight of the deeper meaning of this beautiful season.

Welcome in for a moment of spiritual togetherness to rekindle our inner light. Through guided meditations, reflections and conversations, we will explore ways to nurture our inner light and keep it shining brightly amidst the holiday rush.

Stefania Olafsdottir, originally from Iceland, has practised and taught Raja Yoga meditation for 22 years. She runs a company that creates meditation materials for children and serves on the board of the Spirit of Humanity Forum, an international network of leaders dedicated to fostering positive social development.

We begin with the daily 30-minute evening meditation.
